How to Pair an Apple Watch to Swarm

  1. Download the Swarm App
    Download and install the Swarm HRM app from the App Store:
    https://apps.apple.com/us/app/swarm-hrm/id6743780408

  2. Open the Swarm App
    Once installed, open the Swarm app on your mobile device.

  3. Access User Management

    • Navigate to the Swarm Dashboard.

    • Tap Admin > User Management.

    • Locate the user you'd like to pair with the Apple Watch.

    • Tap the pencil icon to edit the user’s profile.

    • Tap the beacon symbol to begin pairing.

  4. Identify the Apple Watch

    • On the user's Apple Watch, open the Swarm app.

    • Scroll to the bottom and tap Identify.

    • Wait approximately 5 seconds. The watch should appear under Available Sensors on the user profile screen.
